Wheels stolen off Care Express vehicles

REHOBOTH — A Crime Stoppers reward of as much as $1,000 is being offered for information leading to the apprehension of whoever stole tires and rims from two vehicles parked in a fenced lot at the Care Express Transportation building Sunday.
